On Your Marks Exercise Game

To play this game you need two players, two counters and a dice. Start on the start square and take it in turns to go. To move forward to the first square you must roll a one, if you do move forward then do the action it says. To move onto the next square you must roll a two and so on. Every time you don't roll the correct number you must stay on the square and do the exercise again. Whoever gets to the finish first wins! Good luck!

This game is suitable for all ages from pre-schooler to pensioner, it's a fun way to get everyone in the family moving - and hopping and jumping and skipping....
